After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you find a factual error in our products that materially affects the information's usefulness, we will either correct the error and provide an updated version, or offer a full refund regardless of when the purchase was made.

All refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the refund directly to your original payment method. If tax was collected at checkout, the full amount (product price + tax) is refunded.
