build.ky provides digital information products and subscription services related to Cayman Islands property, including:
All products are digital information resources. We do not sell, broker, or manage real estate. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you make a purchase, you are buying from Paddle, who is authorized to resell our digital products. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and compliance.
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location and are added at checkout. The price you see on our site is the product price — any tax owed in your jurisdiction is shown separately during checkout before you confirm payment.
By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
One-time products (Buyer's Kit, Builder's Kit, Bundle) are delivered as PDF files immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a download link at checkout and a follow-up email with a backup download link.
Subscription products (Investor Intelligence) are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Monthly digests are sent by the 5th of each month. Annual subscribers receive 12 monthly digests plus a year-in-review report.
We commit to keeping our information products current. When regulations, market data, or building codes relevant to our products change, we update the affected documents and notify purchasers by email. Updates to one-time products are provided at no additional charge for the lifetime of the product.
While we strive to deliver updates within 72 hours of significant regulatory changes, we do not guarantee specific update timelines.
Investor Intelligence subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time through your Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation:
All content, documents, data compilations, analysis, and design elements on build.ky are the intellectual property of build.ky. Products are licensed for personal use only. You may not:
Government data cited within our products remains in the public domain. Our value lies in the compilation, analysis, translation, and presentation of that data.
We source all information from official government publications, regulatory bodies, and recognized industry sources. Every factual claim includes a source citation. However:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, build.ky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
